In the Moment, We Are Complete

In this short video, Peter introduces the premise of his- and essentially all Buddhist teaching, that ultimately we can not manipulate nor control reality. Therefore, moment to moment when we relax our desire to do so, we can come in contact with the reality that is beyond manipulation, that is beyond mind. It is in this moment to moment reality that one can be totally complete.

Nondual Wisdom and Pychotherapy (£29 for access to 3 talks)

Peter was a featured speaker at the Psychology and Nonduality conference from The Weekend University, along with Dr Bernardo Kastrup, PhD and Peter Russell. He discusses how anyone working as a helping professional (e.g., psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors and coaches) can benefit from a nondual understanding, the healing potential of the unconditioned mind and how to access it in therapeutic work, and how mental health professionals can integrate nondual wisdom to better serve their clients and improve outcomes in therapy.
